Question: My SSL is enabled but it is showing Yellow sign on SSL on my Domain.
Answer:
When SSL is installed on your Website, it shows Green Lock on your website when visiting https:// URL ssl green lock in front of your website URL. But if it is showing yellow sign on your SSL Certificate that means few of resources in your website files / css or coding is using some external insecure URL formatting. You can hire a developer to fix that which can take few minutes only.

Question: My SSL Certificate is installed but my website is still opening with http:// instead of https:// URL?
Answer:
Once your SSL Certificate is installed, you need to redirect your website to always open with SSL Certificate https:// URL so for that you need to redirect your website from http:// to https:// URL. For redirection, if you’re using WordPress, login to your website wordpress dashboard, go to Settings => General => replace http:// with https:// in WordPress Address URL and Site URL and hit Save Button.
Now for website redirection (for HTML / CMS), we can use simplest method by adding a simple code in .httaccess file. Login to your cPanel, go to File Manager and edit .htaccess file. If you are unable to find .htaccess file, please click on settings button in File Manager, top right corner and click on show hidden files. If you are still unable to find .htaccess file, you can create a new one from File Manager => Add New File option.
To edit .htaccess file, right click on file and click on Edit button and add below given code in .htaccess website.

RewriteEngine On

RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off

RewriteRule (.*) https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI}

Once your insert code, hit save button and close the Tab. Clear your browser cache and check your website, it will start redirecting to https:// URL. If you still face any errors redirecting your website to https:// URL, and or face redirect loop error, submit a support ticket to our Technical Support Department so our Staff can fix issue for you.
